Client Management
Keep all your clients, leads, and contacts organized — with everything you need to deliver great work and build lasting relationships.
Overview
The Clients section is your central contact database. Every client you add can be linked to sessions, invoices, contracts, and your automated workflows.
Adding a Client
- Click Clients in the sidebar
- Click New Client
- Fill in the client's details:
- Name (required)
- Email (required for sending documents)
- Phone
- Address (used for invoice billing)
- Notes — any relevant background info
- Click Save
Client Statuses
Clients can be tagged with a status to track where they are in your pipeline:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Lead | Potential client — not yet booked |
| Active | Currently working together |
| Past | Completed work, no active sessions |
| Archived | No longer relevant |
Communication History
Every email, invoice, contract, and note tied to a client is automatically logged in their Activity timeline. This gives you a complete picture of your relationship at a glance.
Tags & Filtering
Add custom tags (e.g., wedding, commercial, vip) to clients and use them to filter your list. Tags are useful for sending targeted email campaigns via Email Automation.
Client Portal Access
Each client can be granted access to their own Client Portal — a branded page where they can view their session details, sign documents, pay invoices, and download delivered files.
