File Delivery
Deliver finished work to your clients with a clean, branded download experience.
Overview
Once your work is complete, use File Delivery to share a secure download link with your client. Files are stored in Onie Studio's cloud storage and accessible directly through the Client Portal.
Delivering Files
- Open the session the files belong to
- Click Deliver Files
- Upload your files (images, PDFs, ZIPs, video links, etc.)
- Optionally add a message for your client
- Click Send Delivery
Your client receives an email notification with a link to download their files. The link is also visible in their client portal.
File Types Supported
- Images (JPG, PNG, TIFF, WebP)
- Documents (PDF)
- Archives (ZIP, RAR)
- Video links (YouTube, Vimeo, or direct URL)
- Any other file format via upload
Download Limits & Expiry (coming soon)
Future releases will support:
- Setting a download expiry date
- Limiting the number of downloads
- Password-protecting delivery links
Storage
File storage is provided through Supabase Storage. Each plan includes a storage allocation — check your plan details for current limits.
