Quotes
Send professional price estimates to potential clients before they book.
What is a Quote?
A Quote (also called a Proposal or Estimate) lets you outline your pricing before a client commits. Once the client approves, you can convert the quote directly into an invoice — no re-entering data.
Custom Name
You can rename "Quote" to "Proposal" or "Estimate" in Settings → Terminology.
Creating a Quote
- Go to Quotes → New Quote
- Select the client (or enter their email)
- Add your line items — services, packages, and add-ons
- Set an expiration date
- Click Send
Quote Expiration
Quotes can have an expiration date. Once expired, the client can no longer accept the quote from the link — you'll need to resend a new one.
Converting to an Invoice
When a client accepts a quote (or you mark it as accepted manually):
- Open the quote
- Click Convert to Invoice
- Review and adjust as needed
- Click Send
All line items, totals, and client details are carried over automatically.
