Send professional contracts and collect legally sound digital signatures — no printing or scanning required.
Creating a Contract
- Go to Contracts → New Contract
- Choose a template or start from scratch
- Customize the contract body using the rich text editor
- Add template variables to personalize the contract automatically
- Link the contract to a client or session
- Click Send
Template Variables
Template variables are placeholders that Onie Studio fills in automatically when the contract is sent. Use them like this:
Dear {{client_name}},
This agreement is for services on {{session_date}} at {{session_location}}.
Total investment: {{invoice_total}}
Available Variables

Save time by creating reusable contract templates for:

Go to Settings → Contract Templates to manage your templates.
Digital Signatures
When a client opens the contract link, they can:
- Read through the full contract
- Type or draw their signature
- Click Sign & Accept
You receive an email notification immediately when the contract is signed.
Contract Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not sent yet |
| Sent | Awaiting signature |
| Signed | Client has signed |
| Void | Cancelled — no longer valid |
