Manage your time blocks, session dates, and availability without switching between apps.
Time Blocks
Time Blocks let you reserve time in your schedule for a session or personal task. Add one from any session detail page or from the Schedule calendar view.
Adding a Time Block
- Open the Schedule tab
- Click on a date/time slot (or click + New Time Block)
- Set the title, duration, and optionally link it to a session
- Click Save
Calendar Overview
The Schedule calendar shows:
- All booked sessions and their time blocks
- Invoice due dates
- Contract expiration dates
- Reminders from your workflows
Booking Requests (coming soon)
Clients will be able to request a booking directly through a shareable link. You'll see new requests in your inbox and can accept, decline, or propose alternative times.
Availability Settings (coming soon)
Set your working hours and buffer time between sessions so clients only see realistic availability when requesting a booking.
